A highly selective program, our Summer Internship will help you strengthen the key competencies and capabilities required to be an effective leader with one of the world's largest and most respected financial institutions - John Hancock.
Our Summer Internship provides real job placements within John Hancock's key businesses, consisting of positions with a breadth of responsibility throughout a variety of functional areas. Each role enables individuals to achieve organizational and personal success by meeting real business demands, learning on the job and rising to meet challenging opportunities. Our Summer Internships are demanding, building strong business leaders who learn how to develop strategy and deliver on objectives for their business areas.
Our senior leadership team is engaged and committed throughout the program. Their involvement and support is evident throughout. Each participant will be assigned an executive mentor, giving Internship participants the opportunity to interact with and learn from John Hancock's most senior leaders.
Throughout the Internship there is continuous opportunity to learn, increase personal awareness and evaluate your progress against our Leadership Competencies. In addition to ongoing feedback from immediate managers, each participant also receives valuable advice and insight from his or her assigned mentor.
